The Modoc County Library is excited to participate in the Surprise Valley Back-to-School carnival! Come by our booth at this event on Wednesday, September 16 from 5-7 p.m. at the SVJUSD Field - 470 Lincoln St, Cedarville. We will have fun activities, information, cool freebies and one free book for each child!
